Although these clients first approached us to look at the purchase and remodel of an existing home, after careful consideration we decided building “new” was the way to go when we found this beautiful lot located along the Steilacoom waterfront. Taking an updated approach to the Northwest Craftsman design and embracing the challenge of building on a steep slope, this fantastic house was designed to maximize the enjoyment of sunset views and indoor/outdoor living.
