This property had been in the family for years with significant sentimental value– but our customers brought us in originally thinking a “tear down” was the only solution to upgrade. After focusing on our customers’ project goals, we came to a design that not only met their needs, but exceeded their expectations and within the target budget. The house was gutted and redesigned and literally recreated from the inside out with an upgraded building envelope, insulation, water and mechanical systems. Needless to say, our clients and their extended family were thrilled with the outcome—and with the reduced utility expenses compared to the previous incarnation of this home!
