An 80’s rambler was taken back down to the studs and a central timber support post and beam replaced an existing brick wall that previously bisected the dining and living spaces. Windows were replaced and additional French doors added, while a significant layout change within the powder room and hall improved traffic flow. An extension of the original kitchen now features striking barrel drum pendants over the expansive island. While the original entry and living room spaces were converted from a half wall, to a full wall, complete with tray ceiling, new fireplace surround, and custom barn doorway into the office.
