Sammamish Remodel

This kitchen remodel included the addition of steel beams into the ceiling, after the removal of support walls, to create an open floor plan between the kitchen and adjoining rooms. A pantry cabinet and an enlarged island, replaced storage needs from a pantry closet, which was also removed. Other new features include: matching existing flooring, pilaster columns, new fireplace treatment, rich wood cabinetry, top of the line stainless steel appliances, lighting fixtures, and slab granite with an oversized central island. The client shares that she is happiest with how friends and family can now freely mingle between the rooms; along with how sunlight also flows between the east and west facing rooms all day long.
